I believe in Anacortes and the quality of life it offers, which is why I began my real estate career here in 1993. My early years began in Skagit County in the Mt Vernon area where I attended grade school. In later years my family moved to Eastern Washington and ultimately I graduated from Washington State University (WSU). I am a proud second generation Cougar with more little cougars in our family tree to follow.
My first career choice was in health care where I worked for 17 years with the Veterans Administration. Although the medical field will always hold an interest for me I became a classic example of burnout and frustration with government regulations. I valued the contact with people and I believe the sensitivity and need to listen carefully to people developed my communication skills and serves me well in this career as a Realtor.
I believe in giving back to the community I love and Kiwanis gives me an opportunity to do that. I value not only the camaraderie of the Noon Kiwanis Club, but also the activities we are involved in to give back to Anacortes.
I wake up each day grateful to live in such a great community and thankful that I still thrive on the change and challenges of real estate. I am detail oriented and love the personal involvement with each client. I go the extra mile to provide exceptional service. It would be my pleasure as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Island Living, to work for you. I promise I will give you the same honesty, personal care and dedication I have committed to other pursuits in my life.
