Georgia Coy was born and raised in Spokane, Washington so she is a true Washingtonian! She spent her high school years in British Columbia, Canada, which gives her insight into our neighbors to the north. Georgia returned to the United States after high school and lived in Bellevue. WA. After spending several years on the eastside, she was yearning for a simpler life, so she migrated north eventually landing in the serene Skagit Valley. The beautiful views of water, mountains, and farmlands has kept her here and her love of the area comes across to home buyers relocating to our area.

Georgia's early career was centered around working in financial institutions. She yearned to do more to help people and knew that a career in real estate would enable her to share her love of the area as well. "I knew the stress many people felt when dealing with major financial investments and I wanted to help calm their fears." Coy stated. "Buying or selling real estate can also be very confusing and intimidating, when it really doesn’t have to be. By truly listening to my clients, answering their questions, and providing as much information as needed, I hope to give them confidence and strength. I want the process to be empowering, not overwhelming. That is also why working with first time homebuyers and seniors is so rewarding for me!" Georgia began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2003 in Burlington, WA and has transferred to Coldwell Banker Island Living in Anacortes, WA. In addition to enjoying life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Coy spends most of her leisure time with family and friends, participating in community events, learning more about natural health and just enjoying the great outdoors!
